My Story

My story begins in a small moment, in the year 2002 — a child with a film camera, given a task by her mother to capture a graduation day. I remember the sound of the shutter, the thrill of not knowing what the photos would look like until they were developed. I remember the blurs, the headless smiles, the imperfect framing — but more than anything, I remember the joy.

In high school, I was gifted my first digital camera. That small machine became my closest companion — capturing my friends, my school, the sunlight on the grass, the sleepy cats on the pavement. I was drawn to everything ordinary because, through my lens, everything became extraordinary.

Still, life has its detours. I followed a different path for a while, working a steady 9-to-5, tucking my creative spark into the corners of weekends and quiet evenings. But love has a way of bringing us home — and in 2024, with the hand of my other half in mine, I let go of what was safe and chose what was true. I opened my own studio, began my photography business, and returned to the little girl inside me who once believed anything was possible.

My father, who always believed in my art, gave me the tools I needed. My mother, who trusted me with a camera before I knew how to use one, gave me the chance. And now, I give myself — fully — to this journey.

I don’t just take pictures. I freeze moments so they can live again. I capture what the heart sees but the eyes sometimes miss. My dream is to show the world my vision, to reveal the magic that exists in the ordinary, and — maybe — to change the way someone sees themselves, even if just for a second.

Because in the end, that’s what photography is for me: a love story between the world and the one who dares to see it.
